What is Neck Pain?

Neck pain is characterised by discomfort of the neck region and its surrounding structures including ligaments, tendons and muscles. It can present as sharp local pain but also as a vague dull ache.

Neck pain can come on suddenly during specific movements or slowly over time.

Neck pain can also cause radiations down the arms, headaches or dizziness.
